Dazzle (Programa Dazzle) brings together gifted and high-potential people ('altas capacidades', 'zèbres'), their families, and the associations and private professionals who serve them.
The problem we solve
Generic social networks are unsafe and unsuited to a community that includes minors — they optimise for engagement, not safeguarding. Support is fragmented across associations, professionals, and informal groups: hard to discover, harder to coordinate.

Child-safety is the product, not a setting
Minors are first-class members here, so every social action is mediated by family guardianship and a three-outcome authorization model.

Guardians approve who can connect with, message, or invite their children — before it ever reaches them.

Every sensitive action resolves to one of three outcomes, and safety-critical ones default to guardian review.

Giftedness and neurotype data is opt-in, special-category, and never used for behavioural or ad targeting.
